About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise business systems across multiple manufacturing locations. This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization's ERP environment, driving continuous process improvements, and partnering with business stakeholders to optimize technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with QAD ERP, enjoys working cross-functionally with business users, and is passionate about improving business processes through technology.

  • Experience supporting multi-site ERP implementations or enterprise business applications.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business process optimization.
  • Familiarity with networking, hardware, and general IT concepts.
  • Experience creating user documentation and delivering end-user training.


Travel

This position is primarily remote. Travel is expected only as needed for initiatives such as:

  • QAD user training
  • CPQ implementation and training
  • Business system rollouts
  • Integration activities following acquisitions
