What will you be doing?

IT Senior Analyst position will assist in requirement collection and refinement activities associated with the systematic exchange of critical data elements between WWT and our partners. This role will also plan and conduct the testing and validation of solutions with internal and external stakeholders prior to deployment to our Production environment. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, other Analysts, and Architects. Team Members utilize a broad range of functional and technical skills and are encouraged to expand their functional knowledge and technical capabilities. This position will serve as an IT Senior Analyst for the Strategic Partner Integration (SPI) team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather business and functional requirements for new requests and assemble pertinent detail into an easily consumed and readily understood format
  • Create and maintain techno-functional documentation related to existing Business-to-Business integration-based solutions
  • Define test conditions and execute test scripts to ensure system stability, validity, and data integrity
  • Partner with SPI Developer peer group to ensure technical design meets stated requirements
  • Manage complex integration projects that may have broad and ambiguous scope
  • Lead demos and training sessions of new and existing functionality for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Actively contribute during all Agile Ceremonies (PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Team Retros, etc)
  • Provide functional and end-user perspectives during grooming/planning Agile ceremonies
  • Leverage your knowledge and experience to mentor and coach and help grow other members of the team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an IT Analyst (or equivalent) capacity
  • Experience in working and collaborating with business and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in writing/troubleshooting PL/SQL statements and in-depth familiarity with database operations
  • Ability to lead requirement discussions, brainstorming, and design discussions
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new skills, technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong work ethic and ability to act as a self-starter

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies (Story Pointing, Grooming, Planning, etc.)
  • Experience with full project implementation from concept to production support
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain services, strategy, processes, and tools
  • Experience in supporting back-end systems for Quoting, Order Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (Knowledge of Oracle EBS Forms is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies
  • Familiarity or working experience with Integration-centric technologies - cXML, JSON, EDI X12, SFTP, SOAP, and RESTful based Web Services

Location: St. Louis MO

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $96,400 to $120,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
