Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health and develop effective care plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy programs, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care, sharing insights and progress reports to ensure continuity in treatment.
  • Provide guidance and support to families during the therapeutic process, helping them understand and navigate their loved onesโ€™ challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing relationship issues, communication barriers, and family dynamics challenges. Qualifications
  • A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for understanding complex family systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Empathy, nonjudgmental attitudes, and a genuine desire to assist clients in their healing journeys.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage case loads and administrative tasks.
