Randolph Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

This role is conducted remotely, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our school partners. Our therapists work collaboratively with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support. You will have access to a robust telehealth platform, ensuring that you can connect with clients effectively and efficiently, no matter where you are situated.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students to ascertain their mental health needs, considering their academic environment and personal circumstances.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each student's unique challenges.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on promoting coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental health improvement.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, including counselors and educators, to create a cohesive support system for students, ensuring that their academic and emotional needs are met in tandem.
• Respond to crises and emergencies, offering immediate support and intervention strategies to students in distress.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and related issues. By working in tandem with the educational framework, you will help young individuals navigate personal and academic stressors, fostering resilience and emotional growth.

• Possession of a valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence, effectively addressing the unique needs of clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for maintaining accurate documentation and managing multiple cases efficiently.

• Experience working within a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and evidence-based therapy practices is an advantage.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary teams aimed at supporting student mental health in educational environments.
