- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on promoting coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental health improvement.
- Collaborate closely with school staff, including counselors and educators, to create a cohesive support system for students, ensuring that their academic and emotional needs are met in tandem.
- Respond to crises and emergencies, offering immediate support and intervention strategies to students in distress.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and related issues. Qualifications- Possession of a valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A completed masterโs degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence, effectively addressing the unique needs of clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for maintaining accurate documentation and managing multiple cases efficiently.
- Experience working within a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable.
