Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE: The IT Ops Jr. Administrator provides essential administrative and technical support to the IT Ops Technology team, handling the ticket queue and collaborating across departments to complete system updates and projects. This role ensures efficient IT operations and supports organizational growth through effective system management and troubleshooting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Review and reconcile all IT Ops Technology tickets via the Crash ticketing system.
  • Provide project support for the IT Ops Technology department, including scheduling, taking meeting notes, and completing project tasks.
  • Manage IT Ops Technology tasks for M&A and realignment projects.
  • Perform scheduled administrative configurations in systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, D365, Clearent, and internal system trackers.
  • Assist the IT Ops Technology Director and System Admins with departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Excellent typing and note-taking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and CCC ONE end-user skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Attention to detail, self-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Mitchell, Audatex, Clearent, and D365.
  • Proven ability to drive process and performance improvements.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and project responsibilities simultaneously.
