 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Business Systems Manager role supports the implementation and maintenance of technology systems and acts as the secondary or primary point of contact for each of the related vendors. This person is responsible for understanding the setup and interconnectedness of systems throughout the business, how they are utilized and can best serve the med spa locations and employees, including proactive suggestions for alternatives to make the business more efficient, accurate and/or profitable. The Business System Manager has a strong proficiency in Point of Sale solutions, preferably Zenoti, in the appointments capacity and backend functionality. This role is cross-functional and will work with and support all departments.  

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

  •  Bachelor’s degree required  
  •  2+ years as a systems admin required 
  •  POS experience and proficiency required 
  •  Zenoti experience strongly preferred 
  •  Proven, successful experience working with technological systems and processes required 
  •  2+ years working in multi-unit Med Spa, spa or medical practice experience preferred 
  •  2+ years working in a customer service business required 

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  

  •  Intermediate to expert understanding of POS systems and Microsoft Office applications 
  •  Self-starter and independent learner 
  •  Ability to collaborate within groups 
  •  Confident to suggest alternative viewpoints while working with others 
  •  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written documentation with all levels of seniority 
  •  Ability to understand business systems and explain them to non-technical and technical users 
  •  Ability to document processes and procedures in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel  
  •  Track record of high attention to detail in projects and day-to-day responsibilities  
  •  Excellent Project Management skills 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  •  Primary or secondary point of contact for technology vendors (point-of-sale, Managed IT firm, etc.). 
  •  Support and/or manage projects and rollouts in various capacities, including but not limited to, testing, training, creating documentation and guides and communicating with the project team. 
  •  Support cross-functionally with rollouts of new services, promos, etc. acting as a consultant to the Ops and Marketing Teams, managing input of new items or edits to existing in POS (Zenoti) and other applicable systems. 
  •  Create training content and train national team on Zenoti processes and functionality.  
  •  Support and manage aspects of POS migrations. 
  •  Record notes and track modifications to systems for posterity and reference materials. 
  •  Suggest alternates to current systems and processes based on feedback from the spa teams; feedback can be direct or indirect via observation. 
  •  Projects as assigned.

  •  This position is remote and you must live in one of the states we currently operate in. CO, ID, AZ, UT, FL, IL, NC, SC, NJ, TX 
  •  Full time, salary exempt position.
  •  Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, weekends, and federal holidays).  
  •  Must be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workday.
