What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As HRIS Administrator, you'll ensure our HRIS platforms run smoothly and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization. You will oversee upgrades, daily operations, and system customizations, while collaborating with IT, Payroll, HR, TA, and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement. You'll manage permissions and security settings, build custom reports, and implement automated processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, documenting workflows, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, and staying current on new system capabilities and technology trends.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with multiple payroll providers.
  • Expertise in ADP for onboarding, workforce management, planning, reporting, and data analytics.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience, with a track record of optimizing platforms; prior implementation experience preferred.
  • Strong project management knowledge, both theoretical and practical.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams using sound judgment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of confidentiality.
