You’ll work alongside the IT team to keep networks, servers, workstations, and related systems running reliably and securely while continuing to build your technical skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with Windows and Linux system administration, including installations, updates, patching, and maintenance.
  • Monitor network performance, system availability, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

  • Assist with network security, firewall configuration, IDS/IPS, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain network diagrams, system documentation, and equipment inventory.
  • Provide technical support and basic guidance to users on network-related systems and applications.
  • Work closely with other IT team members on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and ongoing improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Familiarity with Cisco and/or Fortinet networking environments.

  • Interest in network security and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger IT team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level to early-career experience in network administration, IT infrastructure, security, or a related field.
  • Approximately 18 months of hands-on experience or equivalent training is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, ITIL, MCSA, or similar are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a technical environment.
