• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of students, developing individualized treatment plans based on solution-focused methodologies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined record-keeping.

• Work collaboratively with educators, school administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for students.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and promote continuous professional development.

• Provide education and resources to students and families, fostering empowerment and self-advocacy regarding mental health matters.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of social work and mental health, integrating new knowledge into practice to optimize treatment outcomes.

The focus of your clinical work will be on students within the school system, who may face a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory for this position.
