Job description

Job Summary
The MES Full Stack Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing TrakSYS-based MES solutions. This role requires strong backend and frontend development skills, experience with SQL databases, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery in regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary contributor within a Scrum-based Agile project team
  • Design, develop, and implement MES solutions using TrakSYS
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and manufacturing workflows
  • Integrate MES with manufacturing equipment, OCPLM, and other enterprise systems
  • Develop scalable MES solutions deployable across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Collaborate with business, quality, and engineering teams to gather and refine requirements
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, validation requirements, and industry best practices
  • Support system testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills using C#
  • Experience writing optimized SQL queries using MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
  • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular and React
  • Familiarity with UI/CSS frameworks including Angular Material and Bootstrap
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with TrakSYS versions 10-13
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing or Life Sciences environments
  • Exposure to MES, EBR, or shop-floor system integrations
  • Experience supporting validated systems in regulated environments
