Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, including their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals and therapeutic needs, regularly adjusting them as necessary based on progress.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a client-centered approach that maintains engagement and rapport.
• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention strategies to clients in distress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain informed of best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a diverse array of individuals seeking assistance with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Therapists are expected to approach each client with empathy and understanding, adapting treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build effective therapeutic relationships.
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills to handle caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Dedication to maintaining a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• A clean disciplinary record without history of actions against professional licensure.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates possessing experience in teletherapy practices, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, or those who have worked with diverse populations will find their skills particularly advantageous in this role. Previous experience in crisis intervention will also be invaluable.
