Job description

Practice Opportunity: Premier Specialty & Surgical Practice

An extraordinary opportunity awaits an ambitious clinician looking to step into a thriving, high-volume practice in one of Milwaukee's most vibrant, sought-after neighborhoods. Housed in a beautifully converted historic warehouse featuring 3,500 square feet of light-filled, modern architecture, this state-of-the-art facility balances an inspiring physical environment with unmatched operational infrastructure.

Whether you are looking for a lucrative, flexible associate role or a turn-key pathway to practice ownership/partnership, this position offers full clinical autonomy, remote mentorship, and a top-tier support team.

Key Practice Highlights & Financial Performance

  • Exceptional Growth & Production: Collecting $1.3M in 2025 on just 3 clinical days per week with a single provider. The practice has demonstrated rapid year-over-year revenue escalation.
  • State-of-the-Art Facility: 3,500 sq. ft. space featuring 2 fully equipped procedural operatories, plumbing/space in place for 3 additional rooms, a separate mechanical room, private financial consultation suites, and advanced anesthesia equipment set up for complex implant surgeries.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: The practice boasts advanced surgical technology, including pioneering robotic implant dentistry systems, creating an unparalleled competitive edge in the regional market.
  • Prestige & Referrals: Voted "Best in Milwaukee" for three consecutive years, supported by a healthy PPO/Fee-for-Service payer mix, robust organic digital visibility, and a loyal network of referral sources.
  • Turnkey Support Staff: Work alongside a fully cross-trained, high-performing team including 2–3 surgical assistants, a dedicated treatment plan coordinator, 3 administrative care coordinators, and a remote biller—ensuring seamless patient intake and collections.

Position Details & Flexible Scope

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible clinician who exhibits clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and personal integrity. This role is ideally structured for an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, a General Dentist specializing in advanced surgery/implants, an Endodontist, a Periodontist, or a Prosthodontist with surgical expertise.

  • Arrangement & Schedule: Highly flexible options including Full-Time, Part-Time, Locum Tenens, short-term contract, or a direct track toward Partnership/Buyout. |
  • Daily Guarantee / Compensation: Competitive daily rates ranging from $1,700 to $2,600/day (commensurate with experience/specialty) or a negotiable percentage of production.
  • Mentorship Available: Up to 10 hours per week of remote clinical and operational mentorship from an established owner-surgeon to ensure a seamless transition and sustained practice growth.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform full-scope clinical consultations, surgical extractions, third molar removals, bone grafting, dental implant placements, and related specialty procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation (completing clinical notes within 48 hours to support administrative billing workflows).
  • Cultivate positive relationships with patients, staff, and referring doctors as a compassionate clinical leader in the local community.
  • (Optional) Manage elective hospital privileges for complex surgical cases based on interest and practice scope.

Primary Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited dental/surgical residency program (Board Certified or Board Eligible).
  • Active Wisconsin Dental License and DEA Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong commitment to patient care, team leadership, and ongoing professional development.

Comprehensive Benefits & Perks

  • Fully Covered Medical Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks vacation plus dedicated paid time off for Continuing Education
  • Professional Subscriptions & Licensure: 100% coverage for State License, DEA License, Malpractice Insurance, and professional association dues (ADA, AAOMS, etc.)
  • Retirement & Additional Coverage: 401(k) / Simple IRA with employer match, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability
