This position is set in a remote setting while utilizing our outpatient office as a resource for client consultations. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological health, identifying appropriate diagnostic criteria and treatment pathways.
• Design tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide counseling and intervention services to individuals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques.
• Build a trusting rapport with clients to establish a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship crucial for effective treatment outcomes.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic strategies to help clients overcome obstacles, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Guide clients through understanding and altering negative behaviors and thought patterns, helping them develop coping strategies that promote resilience.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client's care.

As a mental health therapist at Life Transformative Healing Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and first responders. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly private practice or outpatient healthcare.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, with specific skills in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning.
• Ability to navigate and utilize clinical tools, electronic health records, and teletherapy platforms efficiently.

• Specialization or advanced training in areas such as trauma, addiction, couples therapy, or child and adolescent therapy.
• Experience with evidence-based practices that enhance treatment efficacy and improve client outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to foster a supportive, empathetic, and healing environment for clients.

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
