• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, including forms of comprehensive intake evaluations, to accurately formulate clinical diagnoses.
• Design tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, implementing specific interventions to meet the goals set during the treatment planning phase.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring client safety and security.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines while documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.
• Engage in collaborative communication with interdisciplinary teams, which include psychiatrists and social workers, enhancing the quality of care through shared insights and coordinated strategies.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, outlining treatment options and available resources within the community while advocating for their rights.
• Remain informed about the latest best practices in mental health care through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

At New Pattern Counseling Center, our diverse clientele includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our therapists are equipped to work with those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Recognizing the unique narratives of each client, you will employ culturally competent strategies to ensure effective treatment and support tailored specifically to each client's circumstances.

• Licensed Mental Health Professional with credentials of LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills indicating a robust understanding of various mental health diagnoses.
• Minimum of two years’ experience providing direct therapeutic services in a clinical or similar environment.
• Strong communication abilities that facilitate rapport-building with clients and effective interaction with interdisciplinary teams.
• Capable of working independently while also demonstrating effective teamwork skills when collaborating with colleagues.
• A steadfast commitment to ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Previous experience in a clinical telehealth setting is a plus, showcasing adaptability to virtual care environments.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic practices that resonate with our client population.
• Experience advocating for clients’ rights and navigating community resources.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates. Benefits include:
