• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's unique mental health challenges, enabling the development of personalized therapeutic strategies.
• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), or substance use disorder specialists when additional evaluations are necessary for your client's treatment plan.
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions tailored for clients struggling with low self-esteem, addiction issues, family dynamics, and suicidal ideation, offering them actionable steps towards recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress, analyzing patterns in data to adjust treatment approaches as required.
• Engage collaboratively with clients and their families to track therapeutic progress and behavioral changes, ensuring alignment in treatment goals.

Your role focuses on a broad spectrum of individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Clients may come from diverse backgrounds, requiring an understanding of cultural sensitivities and approaches tailored to individual circumstances. The emphasis is on fostering resilience and empowering clients to take charge of their mental health and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• No documented history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party review.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Demonstrated experience in therapeutic settings with adult and adolescent populations, specifically working in virtual environments.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to provide care and maintain clinical documentation.
• Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork that prioritizes holistic, patient-centered care.
