Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE SCMP Analyst to join our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) team. This position can be based from any of our U.S. locations such as Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, Blue Bell, PA, Dallas, TX or Houston, TX. Hybrid and remote options are available for this position.  In this role your primary responsibility will be to oversee Geosyntec's third-party supply chain and prequalification platforms globally (ISNetWorld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.). This includes collecting, monitoring, and then reporting on regulatory/legislative, and other non-financial requirements related to health and safety, environmental compliance and sustainability, quality, governance, human resources, supply chain, etc., to these external platforms. It also requires coordinating with the firm's internal stakeholders to establish the tools, best practices, and internal data management and reporting systems to sustain client compliance.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

  • Manage Geosyntec's presence on and conformance to client-required active Supply Chain Management Platforms (SCMPs), including subcontractor tracking requirements.
  • Assemble and calculate data for multiple, simultaneous Geosyntec projects to enter into the client's supplier portal for high-level, monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting such as hours worked, etc.
  • Monitor, ensure, and follow up that required information is input into the various SCMPs in a timely manner, such as certificates of insurance, business licenses, subcontractor information, etc.
  • Create and update a SharePoint site to provide client SCMP information such as contract-specific requirements, client supplier platform ratings by company, etc.
  • Perform additional related work, as required or assigned.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, or similar technical field, as well as at least two (2) years of experience, in health, safety, environmental, and quality reporting or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities of the position that totals six (6) years.   • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. (required)
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally in individual or group settings. (required)
  • Respond timely and effectively to internal inquiries. (required)
  • Prepare reports and business correspondence that are organized, clearly presented, and (required)
