About the Role

100% remote, work-from-home job opening. Theย Claims Supervisor, Workers Compensationย requires extensive experience with Wisconsin work comp claims. Your role ensures team success and involves a variety of operations duties that includes:


  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
  • Workload management to balance case loads and ensure claims are assigned to the appropriate adjuster
  • Leverage technology to speed up processing, create more efficiencies, ensure best practices, monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
  • Support your team with complex claims; provide knowledge and insight as well as communicate with clients and third-parties on status and resolution


Skills & Experience

  • At least 10 years of claims handling experience with significant Wisconsin workersโ€™ compensation knowledge + minimum 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Active adjuster license
