Dynamic Connection Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. • Deliver high-quality remote mental health care through an 8-week structured evidence-based program.
• Continuously monitor participant progress, providing follow-up communications and recommendations for care coordination.
• Document session notes accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to assist participants in accessing necessary resources and obtaining required consent forms.
• Identify and promptly address high-risk encounters with participants by adhering to established company protocols.
• Engage in team meetings and discussions for ongoing professional development and coordinated care efforts.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality while ensuring compliance with ongoing training requirements.
• Participate in recognition programs that celebrate individual and team performance, facilitating a culture of success.

This role primarily focuses on working with adults and adolescents seeking support for a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. You will have the opportunity to develop comprehensive treatment plans and utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive outcomes in clients’ lives.

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Ability to maintain a consistent therapeutic schedule to accommodate patient needs.
• Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy using evidence-based methodologies.
• A demonstrated passion for impacting lives through innovative approaches to behavioral health care.
• Remote employees must comply with our Telecommuter Policy, and a drug test will be required prior to employment.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, based on experience and hours worked.
