• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental factors to inform tailored intervention strategies.
• Develop individualized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress metrics, ensuring the unique needs of each client are met.
• Provide compassionate counseling to individuals and families facing a variety of life challenges, helping them navigate through difficult circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized plans that connect them with appropriate community resources and support systems.
• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, including safety planning for clients in urgent situations.
• Actively collaborate with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services and advocate on behalf of clients, ensuring seamless support.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about available services, promoting the agency and advocating for those in need.
• Attend case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative treatment approach.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with cultural competence to effectively engage diverse clients.
• A strong capacity for problem-solving and critical thinking in complex situations.

• Prior experience working in a social service agency or similar environment is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additionally, Resilience Rays Therapy offers a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
