• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that incorporate personalized goals and effective interventions.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and integrated care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and learning among clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and crafting safety plans as needed.
• Document all interactions and treatment processes accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills.

You will connect with a broad spectrum of clients, from children to adults, all seeking support for their mental health challenges. Our clinic specializes in treating individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma, among other conditions, allowing you to directly impact their lives and contribute to their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions.
• Strong knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, demonstrating your expertise in the field.

• Proficiency in remote therapy platforms and telehealth practices.
