Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions to clients with various mental health needs, primarily within the context of substance abuse recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused interventions and best practices.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for recovery challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
