Reports To: Director of Product Marketing

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies for our home care software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure our products meet market needs and drive growth. You'll be our champion for understanding the voice of the customer and market trends, translating those insights into actionable strategies, and crafting the narratives that resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities


      • Deliver biweekly training and communications to educate customers and customer-facing teams on newly released features.
      • Own go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced products, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and collateral development.
      • Conduct market research toidentify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, owning battlecards, ROI tools, and competitive analysis.
      • Gather and analyze customer feedback toidentify areas for product improvement and innovation.
      • Analyze market data to support product positioning and go-to-market plans
      • Develop distinct messaging and value props for various product lines and define targetaudience and segments.
      • Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between product features and market demands.
      • Develop marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations.
      • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team with marketing collateral, training materials, product demos, and competitive analysis.
      • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging.

      What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

            • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
            • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing,preferably in the software or healthcare industry. Experience in home care, skilled care, or IDD software is a plus.
            • Skills:
              • Strong understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.
              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
              • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis.
              • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
              • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, analytics tools).
