• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status, strengths, vulnerabilities, and support systems.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans, setting actionable goals tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Facilitate crisis interventions when immediate mental health support is required, which may include conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans.
• Document client progress and interventions meticulously in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote peer support and reduce stigma related to mental health issues.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.

This position focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The role requires a strong understanding of the school environment and the ability to build trusting relationships with young clients, ensuring they feel safe and supported while exploring their mental health concerns.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly focusing on youth and educational environments.
• A solid understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches applicable to children and adolescents.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.

• Experience working in educational settings or with school systems is highly desired.
