This position is designed to be fully remote, offering flexibility in your work environment while still allowing for meaningful interaction and support for students. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will engage collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create a comprehensive support network for students. Although primarily remote, you may occasionally be required to visit schools for specific interventions or to attend team meetings.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the educational setting, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the educational goals of the students and collaborate with school staff to integrate mental health support into the learning environment.
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management, responding effectively to emergencies by conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans.
• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions designed to build coping skills, foster emotional regulation, and enhance social skills among students.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Work closely with other mental health professionals and educators to create a coordinated care approach that supports the child's overall development.

The primary clients for this position include school-aged children and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will work collaboratively with students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that care is culturally competent and sensitive to various socio-economic circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches relevant to varied age groups, especially children and adolescents.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with students and their families.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and treatment plans.

• At least two years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with children and adolescents in an outpatient or educational context.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health initiatives and collaborative care models.
• Proven ability to engage students and families from diverse backgrounds and effectively tailor interventions accordingly.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
