Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, ranging from kindergarten through high school. You will work with a diverse population that may include students facing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Your ability to connect with and understand these young individuals is crucial in developing effective therapeutic relationships and facilitating their emotional recovery and growth.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
  • Demonstrated strong clinical skills, particularly in working with children and adolescents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educators.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice, with a strong background in school-based mental health services.
