This position is entirely remote, enabling flexibility while ensuring you can provide comprehensive care to students and their families across diverse geographical areas. As part of our collaborative team, you will participate in regular virtual meetings with colleagues, share insights, and optimize treatment plans using a variety of tools and methodologies to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Engage and collaborate with fellow professionals, including school counselors, educators, and administrators, to develop cohesive treatment approaches for students.
• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.
• Implement and guide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to support the emotional development of students.
• Regularly communicate with families to help them navigate available mental health services, providing support during challenging times.
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in mental health care, applying new knowledge to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

This role focuses primarily on working with school-aged children and adolescents, including their families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and adjustment difficulties. By building strong relationships with students and their families, you will play a vital role in empowering them to tackle challenges and improve their overall well-being.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, coupled with an active LCSW license, is required for this position.
• Exceptional diagnostic skills and the ability to create effective treatment strategies based on individual assessments.
• Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care and the ability to engage effectively with both students and their families.

• At least two years of experience working in a school setting or with client populations that include older adults is highly valued.
• Previous exposure to evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A passion for advocacy and a strong commitment to the mental health field are essential.
