• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and psychosocial status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, outlining clear therapeutic goals and strategies.
• Provide regular individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to help clients address their mental health challenges.
• Facilitate communication with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to ensure well-rounded care and support for clients.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Engage in consultations with teachers and school staff to discuss students' emotional needs and strategize interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be responsible for helping students navigate their feelings and experiences, ensuring they receive appropriate tools for coping and growth. As a member of our team, you will advocate for the needs and rights of each individual while promoting resilience and personal development.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• A current and valid license in the state, such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health counseling setting.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methods and cultural competence in working with diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students, families, and colleagues.

• Experience working within school environments or with youth populations.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant technology to enhance service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to implement crisis intervention strategies effectively.
• Prior experience with group therapy modalities is a plus.

Brightline Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
