Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and psychosocial status.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for helping students navigate their feelings and experiences, ensuring they receive appropriate tools for coping and growth. As a member of our team, you will advocate for the needs and rights of each individual while promoting resilience and personal development.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • A current and valid license in the state, such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.
  • A minimum of four years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health counseling setting.
  • A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methods and cultural competence in working with diverse populations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students, families, and colleagues.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within school environments or with youth populations.
  • Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant technology to enhance service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement crisis intervention strategies effectively.
  • Prior experience with group therapy modalities is a plus.
