Position Overview

Holy Family & Marriage Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote position focusing on school-based services. Work Environment

As a remote position, this role allows for flexibility while working closely with school staff, parents, and students across Puyallup, Washington. You will utilize telehealth tools and digital platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, enabling you to provide timely support to school-aged children in need of mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health status, strengths, and needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring each child receives a multilateral approach to their mental health treatment.
  • Provide psychoeducation to students and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies.
