Western Reflections Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote, school-based mental health services. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify students' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each client, with clear goals, actionable interventions, and regular progress evaluations.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and integrated care that meets each student's needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that provide education and coping strategies for common mental health challenges.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on client progress and interventions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through trainings and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

The primary focus of this role is to support students from diverse backgrounds, addressing a multitude of mental health issues within the school environment. You will engage with children and adolescents, providing a safe and trusting space for them to express their feelings and struggles. Your work will significantly influence their emotional and behavioral development, academic performance, and overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with children or adolescents.
• Robust knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff.

• Experience working in school-based mental health settings, with a deep understanding of the academic and emotional challenges faced by students.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote counseling methodologies.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or educational workshops focusing on mental health awareness.
