• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine the appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for children and adolescents to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy methodologies to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with state guidelines and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance service delivery and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health.

This position primarily focuses on treating children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The therapist will work to empower these young clients through supportive practices that encourage personal growth and resilience. The role requires a clinician who can connect meaningfully with youth and establish therapeutic alliances that foster trust and engagement in the treatment process.

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, holding specialized licenses such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working specifically with children and adolescents.
• Active and independent mental health licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver direct psychotherapy services effectively to individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficient in basic technology and digital platforms necessary for conducting teletherapy sessions and maintaining client records.
• A history of professional growth, including active participation in continued learning opportunities and professional development.
• Self-motivated and capable of establishing rapport quickly with clients to promote effective therapeutic relationships.

• A broad understanding of various clinical presentations and the ability to apply appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Experience in health psychology and familiarity with integrated care models.

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition to base salary, performance-based bonuses are available to reward exceptional service delivery.
