Position Overview

Positive Pathways Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role provides a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality mental health care in a remote setting, addressing the diverse needs of children and adolescents. The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 โ€“ 105,000 per year, with additional bonuses and a sign-on bonus available.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, capitalizing on telehealth technology to reach our client base. Our telehealth facility is equipped with secure platforms that ensure privacy and confidentiality in treatment delivery. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient referrals and emergencies. This flexible work setting allows our therapists to manage their time effectively while supporting our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the needs and concerns of children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the developmental stages of each young patient and the dynamics of their families.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy sessions, to address a spectrum of mental health conditions.
