• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that establish client goals and interventions, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure the delivery of holistic and coordinated care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans rooted in best practice approaches.
• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with relevant community resources, providing essential case management support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce barriers to care.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a community mental health setting is strongly preferred.
