• Conduct thorough assessments to recognize mental health disorders, utilizing established diagnostic criteria and applying appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices to uphold the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses diverse patient needs.
• Act as a patient advocate, offering immediate support in crisis situations while implementing intervention strategies to de-escalate potential emergencies.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, specifically in the area of marriage and family therapy.

The LMFT position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
