This role operates remotely, providing flexibility while engaging with families through telehealth and virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and formulate effective intervention strategies.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), incorporating family input and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and track developmental outcomes for children, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal support for both child and family.
• Provide educational support and resources for families, helping them understand their child's developmental milestones and offering strategies to enhance their growth.
• Utilize a coaching model to facilitate learning within natural environments, ensuring that interventions are relevant and contextually appropriate.
• Establish rapport with children and families, promoting a positive and safe atmosphere for learning and therapy.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, upholding the highest standards of care for all individuals served.

This position specifically focuses on children, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early intervention strategies, recognizing the critical window of opportunity within the first three years of life for skill acquisition across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel if necessary for home visits or client meetings.
• One year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.
