As an Electrical Designer within our Property & Buildings team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of electrical building systems that support safe, efficient, and sustainable environments. Working alongside senior designers and engineers, this role offers handson involvement across a wide range of building projects, from concept development through to construction documentation.
You will play a key role in transforming design intent into coordinated, highquality electrical drawings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project outcomes.

Your Impact
  • Prepare electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Support senior designers and engineers in developing complete drawing packages
  • Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and lifesafety systems
  • Assist with electrical load calculations and system sizing
  • Coordinate designs with mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines
  • Support project delivery through accurate documentation and technical coordination
  • Liaise with external consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Participate in occasional local travel based on project requirements

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical building system design and BIM modelling
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Understanding of applicable electrical codes and building standards

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
