Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, employing evidence-based practices to address clientsโ€™ mental health needs.
  • Utilize a solution-focused approach to evaluate client conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic techniques based on clinical expertise.
  • Facilitate open discussions with clients regarding their emotions, behavior patterns, and experiences, encouraging self-reflection and personal growth.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients, aiding them in identifying and achieving personal goals related to their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with organizational standards, while minimizing paperwork due to our streamlined administrative support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily be adults seeking mental health support, all of whom are stable and have low acuity needs. This enables you to focus on providing therapeutic interventions that promote emotional well-being and resilience. The diverse backgrounds of our clients reflect the community we serve, and your unique skill set and perspective will play a vital role in their mental health journey.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Possession of an independent state-issued license such as:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Exceptional ability to make clinical evaluations, recommendations, and treatment plans rooted in best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism with clients.
  • Proficient in using technology for remote counseling, making adept use of teletherapy tools and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in community health settings or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with solution-focused therapy or other evidence-based approaches.
  • Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on hours worked and experience level. Additionally, successful candidates will receive a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Our compensation structure includes weekly direct deposits, ensuring timely financial support for your work.
