• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new patients, including detailed intake interviews and mental health evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic sessions that may involve individual, family, or group therapy, helping clients to work through their mental and emotional challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to optimize care delivery.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, providing immediate support and establishing safety plans to safeguard client welfare.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, resources, and coping strategies, empowering them with knowledge to enhance their own well-being.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of patients, including individuals experiencing chronic mental health issues, grief and loss, and those requiring mental health support in a hospice setting. The focus is on creating a safe space where clients can express their feelings and work towards their treatment goals, significantly contributing to their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, with a demonstrated ability in using solution-based interventions.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written contexts, allowing for effective patient interactions and documentation.
