• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that align with individual goals, ensuring regular updates and revisions as necessary.
• Provide individual, couple, and group counseling sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions to support diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate cohesive and holistic client care, integrating feedback and insights from various professionals.
• Ensure the meticulous maintenance of confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in documentation practices.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.

Your work will engage a diverse clientele, with varying mental health challenges including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction issues, and trauma-related conditions. Our client-centered approach emphasizes understanding each individual's life story and current circumstances, creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers individuals on their journey to recovery.

• A valid LPC license to practice in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Documented experience in conducting individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods appropriate for mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong commitment to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or those struggling with substance abuse.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques, especially in a post-pandemic context.
• A background in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention strategies is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
