• Perform comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to accurately identify clients’ challenges and develop effective treatment plans.
• Tailor and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with each client’s specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Educate and support clients' families, providing guidance that fosters understanding and engagement in the recovery process.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines by maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Your focus will be on helping a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds and demographics. You will work with clients experiencing complex mental health struggles, requiring cultural sensitivity and a deep commitment to understanding their unique experiences. • A current and valid license as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology is mandatory.
