• Conduct thorough intake assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to gather comprehensive history and presenting issues from clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address unique needs and establish goals, including measurable outcomes and timelines.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, adjusting techniques as needed to optimize client engagement and progress.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on case management and share insights, strategies, and successes.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge by engaging in ongoing education and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health and therapy methodologies.

Our detox center specializes in serving individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Clients range from young adults to older individuals seeking support and guidance to navigate their recovery journeys. Understanding the complexities of each client's life experiences is crucial to delivering compassionate and effective care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is required, candidates with specific experience in substance use treatment and trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Applicants who have successfully implemented treatment plans in virtual settings will also be given preference.
