• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in a private practice or recovery-focused setting.
• Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and clinical intervention skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with high emotional intelligence.
