This position focuses on children aged 3 to 20 who face developmental and intellectual disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. You will work directly with a diverse cross-section of families, providing culturally sensitive services, particularly for clients who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese. • An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Arizona.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours (4-7 PM), with some weekend flexibility preferred.
  • Strong foundation in positive behavior support methodologies and therapeutic interventions.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle for potential client visits.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy services to children with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD).
  • Prior involvement in community health settings or outpatient care delivery.
  • Familiarity with cultural competency in addressing the needs of bilingual clients.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 โ€“ 80,000 per year, reflecting your experience and dedication. In addition to a fair compensation package, Healthy Mind and Wellness invests in our employees' well-being by providing a comprehensive benefits package which includes:

  • An annual paid time off policy to promote work-life balance.
  • Short and long-term disability coverage for peace of mind.
  • A 401K retirement savings plan to help you prepare for the future.
