• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to support clients in overcoming stress and enhancing their mental health.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual client needs, goals, and stressors, adapting mindfulness techniques to fit their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques that help clients build self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Lead group workshops on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, empowering participants to cultivate effective coping mechanisms.
• Incorporate mindfulness strategies within individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health issues and support clients in their personal growth journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists and healthcare providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health treatment.
• Maintain detailed documentation regarding client progress, mindfulness interventions, and individualized treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Commit to personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and ongoing professional development to enhance expertise in therapy and mindfulness methodologies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing mindfulness techniques in therapeutic settings.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.

• At least 2 years of experience providing direct mental health counseling and therapy.
• Additional training or certification in mindfulness-based practices such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly desirable but not mandatory.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
