This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility and the comfort of working from your own home while still engaging with clients through virtual platforms. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and seamless support for our clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish the unique needs of each client, followed by the development and implementation of customized treatment plans designed to address various mental health issues.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions that focus on a range of topics, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.
• Collaborate proactively with other healthcare professionals to provide an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of mental and emotional health are addressed.
• Participate actively in ongoing education opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to remain current with the latest best practices in the mental health field.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of services provided, improving overall patient outcomes and experiences.

Our services primarily cater to individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and age groups, encompassing those experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each with their unique stories and needs. Your work will directly contribute to a community-focused approach, delivering targeted support that can significantly impact clients’ quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license in your respective state (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) that allows for independent practice.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management is preferred, although not essential.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and varied treatment approaches.

• Competitive salary in the range of USD $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload management.
