Stem Psychological Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will provide specialized trauma-informed mental health care remotely, focusing on aiding individuals who have been affected by traumatic experiences. This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Our outpatient office creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for therapy sessions, ensuring optimal comfort for clients as they embark on their healing journeys. Though most interactions will occur virtually, you will remain closely connected with your colleagues through team meetings and collaborative efforts.

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and therapeutic needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide clients through the trauma processing journey.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to help clients develop effective coping mechanisms and process their trauma.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care and integrated treatment plans.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support during trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and coping strategies, equipping them with vital resources for healing.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards while also utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within our board-certified trauma-informed practice.
• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in trauma therapy to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

You will primarily work with clients who are survivors of trauma, experiencing disorders such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative conditions. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and approaches, with a strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care, contributing to a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and an ability to navigate digital tools effectively in a remote work context.
• A collaborative spirit suited for a multidisciplinary team environment, showcasing strong communication skills.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is highly desirable.
• A background in crisis management and emergency response as it pertains to mental health.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
