Trillium Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be performed remotely, allowing you to provide essential support to clients in a detox center setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to prepare and implement personalized care plans in conjunction with clients' needs and preferences.
  • Maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely interventions through ongoing counseling sessions and support.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, promoting a unified approach to client care and treatment goals.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, offering immediate support to clients in moments of distress.
  • Monitor service delivery statistics including client admission, retention, and progress toward discharge criteria.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is mandatory.
