• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to assess individual patient needs, identify barriers to treatment, and create tailored treatment plans that promote overall health and well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in both individual and group settings to support patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Work closely with the Social Work Manager to evaluate and treat a wide array of psychosocial problems, assisting patients and their families in navigating challenges related to mental and physical health.
• Document all social work activities in patients' medical records, adhering to departmental standards regarding frequency and content while ensuring compliance with the NASW Code of Ethics.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families, helping them understand and follow recommended treatment plans to restore optimum functioning.
• Coordinate advocacy efforts within the community to enhance social support and promote self-determination for clients, thus improving access to community resources.
• Prepare case-related statistics and other reports as required, maintaining a focus on improving service delivery and patient satisfaction.

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our diverse patient population reflects various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, necessitating a compassionate approach that respects and addresses each patient's unique needs. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current License from the State Board of Social Work Licensure at the LCSW level.

While a minimum of six months to one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in health or mental health settings, particularly addressing the special needs and cultural contexts of a diverse client population, will be given preference. Training in evidence-based practices relevant to our patient demographic is a strong asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
