• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to evaluate patients' mental health status, guiding the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, applying various therapeutic interventions and strategies to facilitate improvement in their mental health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information using contemporary technology compliant with the organization's regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and their support systems to design comprehensive treatment plans aligned with their specific goals and needs.
• Address safety concerns and symptom management proactively while creating a therapeutic alliance with clients to ensure a supportive, trusting environment.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and additional treatment providers, coordinating referrals and facilitating effective communication to enhance the quality of care.
• Provide educational guidance and mentoring for interns, students, and volunteers, enriching the communal learning experience.
• Engage in peer-to-peer clinical collaborations, chart audits, and professional development initiatives under the direction of the clinical supervisor to refine counseling skills and enhance team functionality.

Our counselors work with a diverse patient population encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. We emphasize an inclusive approach, ensuring sensitivity to cultural differences and individual preferences in treatment delivery.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a current license in Social Work from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Candidates must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) credential, with the LCSW-R privilege preferred.
• Proven understanding of mental health issues, therapeutic modalities, and best practices for various demographics.
• Demonstrable critical thinking skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans that consider diverse patient needs and backgrounds.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Experience in a community health clinic setting or collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
