Master of Emotion, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic team in Tualatin, Oregon. This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy for a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, and adults. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct mental health treatment through screening, assessment, diagnosis, and the creation of treatment plans for clients, ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and fostering a supportive group environment for children, families, and multi-family groups.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, maintaining active communication with clients and their families, as well as collaborating with educational institutions, childcare providers, and other relevant agencies.
  • Integrate principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services into therapeutic approaches to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
  • Maintain a high level of professional development by participating in ongoing training, continuing education units (CEUs), and clinical supervision sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to agency policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices in all aspects of service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including children, teenagers, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
