Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients connect, share their personal experiences, and support one another in a safe environment.
  • Providing Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized sessions that empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping mechanisms and actionable plans.
  • Creating Treatment Plans: Work collaboratively with clients to design tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Current LPC license in Georgia.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
